1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use SwyftData. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use SwyftData only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, manipulate, or reverse-engineer any part of our service.

3. Agent Program

• Minimum Transactions: Agents must meet a minimum of 60 transactions monthly to qualify for commission payouts.
• Commission Structure: Tier One Agents earn 10% of their own revenue and 10% from each qualifying agent they recruit.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed once every 30 days, subject to meeting requirements.

4. Transaction Processing

All transactions (airtime, data, electricity, etc.) are processed in real-time through integrations with licensed providers.

5. Refunds

All transactions are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of:

• System failure
• Duplicate payment
• Unfulfilled service confirmed by the provider

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the SwyftData platform (logos, text, UI, etc.) is the property of SwyftData and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

SwyftData is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Network failures or outages
• Errors in input or transfer by the user
• Use of unofficial links or third-party phishing sites

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
